In order to prepare for the coming Spring 2020 Track & Field Season the Coaches strongly recommend all athletes participate in summer conditioning. The Coaches will be hosting an organized conditioning for athletes in Berkeley. Summer Conditioning is a great way for new athletes to get to know the team!
Summer Conditioning Schedule
Distance Runners

All Sprinters, Throwers, Hurdlers, & Jumpers
Weekday Meet Ups: Berkeley High Track Stadium at 5:30pm. We will have post-run weight training on beginning at 6:45pm in the BHS Weight Room.
Saturday Meet Ups: Before August 26 at the Strawberry Canyon Trail Head at 8:30am, After August 13 at Martin Luther King Middle School at 8:30am
Throwers
Will have access to the BHS Field from 3:30pm to 4:45pm on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays for Discus Practice. Throwers should also attend 5:30pm general conditioning and lifting with Sprinters, Hurlers and Jumpers; and Weightroom from 6:45pm to 7:45pm
