In order to prepare for the coming Fall 2019 Cross Country Season the Coaches strongly recommend all athletes participate in summer conditioning. The Coaches will be hosting an organized conditioning for athletes in Berkeley. Athletes not in Berkeley should follow the conditioning recommendations noted in the training plans below.
SUMMER CONDITIONING SCHEDULE
Weekday Meet Ups: Berkeley High Track Stadium at 5:30pm. We will have post-run weight training on beginning at 6:45pm in the BHS Weight Room.
Saturday Meet Ups: Before August 26 at the Strawberry Canyon Trail Head at 8:30am, After August 26 at Martin Luther King Middle School at TBD.
