Winter Conditioning 2026

BHS Track & Field and Cross Country General Winter Conditioning, Open Field, and Weight Training

The BHS Track & Field and Cross Country coaches will be facilitating open field sessions and general weight training for all interested community members through the winter season. Open field will take place daily at 5:00 p.m. at the south end of the stadium bleachers. Off campus runs are offered Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Weight training times vary by day. See the full schedule below for details. (Open field and weight training may be canceled on school holidays.)
