HIGHLIGHTS

This Saturday the team competed at the Mariner Invite at Hayward High School. We had an exceptionally good day across all segments of the team.

This week we will not have a competition and will instead be focused on training for our culminating end of season meets.

WEEK IN REVIEW

This Saturday the team competed at the Mariner Invite. The Coaches were incredibly impressed by the performance of the team this week. Highlights of the race include.

Impressive races from our frosh-soph girls who all made major progress. From Marnie to Aimee our all freshman team showed just how much they have improved this season. Marnie and Roni are now ranked 3rd and 4th on our girls all time  list for the 2mile course.
A team win for our frosh-soph boys who place 4 runners in the races top 15 and some huge PRs from Otis, Adam, and Sam. Daichi, Itai, Otis and Django are now ranked 2nd, 5th, 7th, and 10th for on our boys all time list of the 2mile course.
New senior course records set for the 2mile course by Evia and Seth in the JV races, and some great racing by Cecilia, Sachi, Zach, Gus, and Max L.
Sebastian and Robel broke 16:00 on the 3mile course and Ben Suva ran an outstanding 17:07 in one of the smartest races the Coaches have seen all season.
Five of our girls varsity girls broke 21:00 with outstanding performances from Karin, Chaia, and Simone.

If the team keeps focused over the next few weeks the Coaches anticipate some fantastic end of season racing.
