WEEK IN REVIEW

This Saturday the team competed at Peter Brewer Castro Valley Invite. Coach Andrew was be the announcer of the meet. This was a low key meet by design, and most athletes had very good days. We had a number of medalists. Robel, Itai, Katy, and Abby all managed top 10 finishes in their races. Andre and Manni had particularly stand out performances. Otis had the largest PR on the course breaking his prior best by two minutes and eighteen seconds. Katy set our school record on the 2.1 mile course with a time of 15:15. Team-wise our Girls Frosh/Soph was 3rd,  and our Girls Varsity and JV teams were both 4th.

Traditionally our girls team hosts a shirt tie-dye event in the Fall. This year the girls invited the whole team including to attend.
