This Saturday the team will be split and competing in two meets on the Peninsula . 7 boys and 7 girls will be racing at the Stanford Invitational. The rest of the team will be competing at the Ram Invite in Daly City.  Most athletes know which meet they will be attending, however entries will be officially emailed tomorrow.

The workout schedule has changed see the XC Athletes Private Page. Specifically we are moving intervals from Monday to Tuesday. Interval paces are posted on the XC Athletes Private Page.

The email tomorrow will also contain a google form that athletes can use to update their website bios.

WEEK IN REVIEW

This week we had our first Conference meet at Garin Regional Park. Results are available here.  The team ran exceptionally well across all genders and levels. Of the 36 different scoring combos from the meet our record was 35 & 1. Particularly impressive were the races of our Frosh-Soph Boys, Junior-Senior Girls, and Varsity Boys. The competition at our next two Conference meets will be much tougher, but we have good momentum.

Thank you to the parents who have volunteered to help out the team. BAF Reps John Battles & Denise Powell, Finance Coordinator Monica Gyulai, and Parent Coordinators Rie Uzawa & Kristina McNaught. I will be in contact with you shortly!

THE WEEK TO COME

Back to School Night is Thursday night! The Thursday run is on-your-own. This run might be changed (shortened) based on the outcomes of Tuesday’a workout.

The Stanford and Ram Invites are this coming Saturday. Parents we will need help transporting athletes. See the schedule for directions. Athletes should review the course maps on the Maps Page.
